This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault near the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several people injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
