Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also included in this recent image disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
